The project is broken down into 5 milestones (MAIN Initiative, PAIN Identified, EXPLAIN Solution, TRAIN, Execute & Support, GAIN Productivity). These milestones are further broken down into tasks that are performed by highly qualified team members with domain expertise.
Our process ensures efficiency and eliminates the wasted time and money of many technology implementations. We do not employ account managers, salespeople, or a large administrative staff. Instead, our resources are spent on awareness of the latest technology and best practices and on business systems that better serve our clients. When interested companies contact us, we provide them with a technical resource to explain a solution or determine if there is a business case for implementation. If there is a business case, we write a Productivity Project Plan with a start and finish date and anticipated ROI. This project can then be tracked by team members and management to ensure successful implementation.
We believe that our clients can best be served by people that have deep domain knowledge about the particular process or technology that our clients need a solution for. Product Development involves several different highly technical Knowledge Workers and a myriad or processes. To employ a staff of every type of expertise is not economically feasible for an SMB. Additionally, if a significantly large technical staff is employed, the focus of a consulting company then becomes 'billable hours' instead of 'project completion'.
